Scott Ripmaster
Scott Ripmaster is a Michigan native who moved to Boulder in the late 90's to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Colorado. He fell deeply in love with the area - so much so, he never left! He cherishes the natural beauty, progressive culture, and uniquely caring people of Colorado, and has thoroughly immersed himself in a number of the fantastic communities within Boulder County. Scott is a hard-working, accomplished, and truthful broker who will offer you his utmost diligence and knowledge in the purchase or sale of your home. He is the nephew of Colorado Landmark, Realtors founder and owner Joel Ripmaster, and is happy to continue the family tradition of exceptional customer service in real estate.
Client satisfaction is always his first priority, and he excels at maintaining regular communication with his customers. During Scott’s time at CLR he has assisted in the purchase and sale of real estate totaling over $100 million in volume. He continuously works to keep his knowledge of the market fresh by attending a wide range of real estate lectures and classes. An avid outdoorsman, Scott takes advantage of the numerous activities one can enjoy in Colorado year-round, from trail running and biking to skiing and snowboarding. He lives in Lafayette with his wife and two children.
